- Customers may cancel their cab booking by contacting our support team or through the booking platform.
- For a full refund, cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time.
- Cancellations made within 24 hours of the pickup time may be subject to cancellation charges.
- No refunds will be provided for cancellations made after the trip has started or in case of a no-show.
Refund Policy
- Eligible refunds will be processed after the cancellation request has been reviewed and approved.
- Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
- Refund timelines may vary depending on your bank, payment gateway, or card provider.
- Any applicable taxes, convenience fees, toll charges, parking fees, or third-party service charges may be non-refundable.
Driver Subscription Plans
- Subscription fees paid by drivers for platform access are generally non-refundable once the subscription has been activated.
- If a subscription payment is made in error, users must contact our support team within 48 hours of payment for review.
- Approved subscription refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7–10 business days.
Service Cancellations by India Tour Guide
In rare situations such as vehicle breakdown, adverse weather conditions, government restrictions, or other unavoidable circumstances, India Tour Guide may cancel a booking. In such cases, customers will receive a full refund of the amount paid.
