Drivers are responsible for vehicle condition and passenger safety.
Commission or subscription fees are non-refundable unless stated otherwise.
Misconduct, fraud, or customer complaints may lead to suspension.
For Customers:
Customers must provide correct pickup & drop details.
Cancellation charges may apply.
India Tour Guide is a platform connecting drivers and customers and is not responsible for direct disputes.
